Adapdix Corporation, the leader in EdgeOps™ automation software, today announced that it has appointed Richard Vincent as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Reporting to CEO Anthony Hill, Vincent will be responsible for driving sales and strategically expanding the company’s foothold in the global marketplace. Vincent joins Adapdix from Foxconn Industrial Internet, where he was Chief Business Officer following multiple positions as VP Business Development at Fortune 500 companies.
Anthony Hill, CEO at Adapdix, said, “Richard has a strong executive sales management and technical track record in high-tech manufacturing, coupled with success in senior strategic roles at Foxconn, making him a valuable addition to our world-class team. I look forward to working together with him to scale up our global activities, drive expansion and establish Adapdix as the category leader in Edge intelligence automation and control software.”
Vincent commented, “Adapdix is currently the only serious player in this sector delivering a powerful edge platform that has proven itself in real-life commercial use of predictive analytics and control applications. Driving wider adoption of this technology is a unique and exciting opportunity for me, which only a dynamic start-up environment can provide.”
Adapdix’s EdgeOps™ platform is a software-only solution that combines advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) analytics with a distributed, edge-based platform.
As the first predictive analytics solution based on an industrial data mesh platform, Adapdix enables ultra-low-latency adaptive maintenance, helping companies reduce unplanned downtime.
In addition to his time at Foxconn, Vincent has proven himself in VP Business Development positions at Fabrinet, Sanmina and Ambit Microsystems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical electronic engineering technology (BSEET) from DeVry University Phoenix and an MBA from California Coast University.
