Leading executives, analysts, economists and technologists will gather 20-22 April, 2021, at the SEMI Industry Strategy Symposium Europe (ISS Europe), a virtual event, to highlight the technologies and the collaborations vital to meeting Europe’s most pressing strategic, social and economic challenges. Registration is open.
“ISS Europe is a key platform for promoting European partnerships vital to overcoming global challenges and strengthening Europe’s digital and technological sovereignty in order to enable its leadership in the digital age,” said Laith Altimime, president of SEMI Europe. “Some of Europe’s brightest minds will gather at ISS Europe to identify collaboration opportunities in order to bolster Europe’s competitive advantage.”
The symposium will kick off with a discussion on the digital transformation and security of Europe’s economies and societies, fueled by innovations that are blurring the lines between the physical and digital worlds.
Day two will focus on environmental sustainability strategies and how the microelectronics industry can contribute to the European Commission’s €1 billion European Green Dealaimed at a climate-neutral Europe by 2050. Day three of the symposium will explore how technology is becoming increasingly integral to healthcare.
