SEMI North America Advisory Board Welcomes New Member From Energetiq

SEMI today announced the election of a new member to the SEMI North America Advisory Board (NAAB), Dr. Vikram Singh, Vice President and General Manager, LDLS at Energetiq Technology, a Hamamatsu subsidiary and leader in advanced light source solutions for critical applications.

SEMI today announced the election of a new member to the SEMI North America Advisory Board (NAAB), Dr. Vikram Singh, Vice President and General Manager, LDLS at Energetiq Technology, a Hamamatsu subsidiary and leader in advanced light source solutions for critical applications.

The Board appointment took effect on January 14, 2025. Members serve a three-year term. The principal advocate for member companies located in North America, the NAAB provides guidance on SEMI Americas programs designed to advance their business interests and address significant challenges in the electronics manufacturing and design supply chain.

Drawing on his expertise and tenure at multiple SEMI member companies, he will be instrumental in shaping the Board’s initiatives to help member companies tackle the semiconductor industry’s toughest challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.”

Prior to joining Energetiq, Dr. Singh worked at Lam Research and Applied Materials in various roles with progressing responsibilities, with his last two roles being executive positions responsible for new product development and technology supply chain. Dr. Singh received his Bachelor of Technology with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology. He holds M.S. and PhD degrees in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University, where his research focused on plasma processing and process control in semiconductors. Dr. Singh also holds 10 issued patents and has authored multiple major technical publications.
