Overview:
As it becomes increasingly difficult for semiconductor manufacturers to meet demand, driving new process efficiencies to maximize yield has never been more critical. Maintaining ultralow temperature stability in the deposition chamber is a sound strategy for more efficient production. However, it can be difficult for chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, and the components that link them to provide reliable thermal management in these extreme temperature environments.
In this webinar, you will learn how you can increase yield in your semiconductor wafer manufacturing process by optimizing the thermal loop system through:
- Component selection
- Proper installation
- Performance testing
