As it becomes increasingly difficult for semiconductor manufacturers to meet demand, driving new process efficiencies to maximize yield has never been more critical. Maintaining ultralow temperature stability in the deposition chamber is a sound strategy for more efficient production. However, it can be difficult for chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, and the components that link them to provide reliable thermal management in these extreme temperature environments.

Margaret began her career as a mechanical design engineer responsible for developing blueprints for hospitals, universities, and other critical facilities. She then worked as a field engineer at Swagelok Southwest in Arizona where she focused on designing and creating CAD models for assemblies used in semiconductor fab applications. She joined Swagelok Company in 2023 as an application solutions engineer, where she supports the Swagelok sales and service network by developing solutions to address customer needs the semiconductor market. Margaret graduated with a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering, B.S. of Mathematics, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
